The Ulm University Founded in 1967, although plans of its establishment were designed a decade ago, the University of Ulm is found within the South German state of Baden-Württemberg. It is a public research-led university and is one of the youngest universities within Germany as a whole. The university majorly focuses on medicine, engineering, economics, computers, and natural sciences.

The university is home to about 10,500 students and comprises of four faculties, viz., Faculty of Medicine (which is inclusive of a university hospital), Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics and Economics, and Faculty of Natural Sciences. The university has further defined its research concentrations to be within the areas of Engineering and Technology, Life Sciences and Medicine, Nanomaterials and Biomaterials, and Financial Services.
