4.	Radiographer	Diploma/ Class 1 Radiographer Course (Armd Forces) + Minimum 5 Year experience
5.	Laboratory Assistant	DMLT/ Class l Laboratory Tech Minimum 5 Year Course (Armd Force) experience in laboratory
6.	Laboratory Technician	(i) B.Sc (Medical Lab Tech) Or (ii) Matriculation/Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (10+2) with science from recognized board (ii) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from a recognized institution Minimum three year exp in a lab asst in a medical lab.
7.	Physiotherapist	Diploma/Class 1 Physiotherapy Course (Armd Forces) + Minimum 5 Year experience
8.	Pharmacist	(i) B Pharmacy from recognized Institute OR (i) (10+2) with science stream from Recognized board (ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from Recongnized by the Pharmacy Council of India and Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948 + Minimum 3 Year experience

Interview Date, Time & Venue : Candidate must reach Station HQ (ECHS Cell), Trichy – 620 001 at 09:00 am on the Date of Interview – Likely Third Week of August 2021 and candidates must bring all the original certificates at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidate meetings the Qualitative Requirements may apply. ESM will also forward copy of discharge certificate and PPO along with application form. For intimation about application status, E-mail and Mobile Number of candidate are mandatory since no letters will be sent by post. Only eligible candidates after scrutiny of application will be intimated the exact date of interview. Separate Application should be given for each Polyclinic in case more than one Polyclinic is being opted.
