While submitting the application form, the woman needs to submit detailed address, Jandhan Bank Account and Aadhar number of all members of the household.

Procedure to Apply Online Pradhanmantri Ujjwala Yojana Application Form 2020
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Pradhanmantri Ujjwala Yojana i.e. https://pmuy.gov.in/.
Step 2- On the Homepage, Click on the Option “Download Form” button.
Step 3- Ujjwala Application Form & KYC Form download and print out of it.
Step 4- Now fill the required details (Mention all the details such as name, father/ husband name, date of birth, Aadhar card number, mobile number, address and other information) and attach neccessary documents.
Step 5- Submit it to the LPG center near the house and Also, Keep in mind that along with the information, submit all documents (BPL card, Aadhaar card, mobile number, passport size photo, age certificate, photo copy of bank, photo copy of ration card, etc.) by attaching them.
Now after the document is verified, LPG gas connection will be made available by the government.
