The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has set a eligibility criteria with some guidelines for applicants for the allocation of 94,000 housing units constructed in the Navi Mumbai region. The details of eligibility criteria for the applicant for the application under CIDCO Lottery 2021 are as follows –
- An individual or family whose monthly income is Rs 25,000 can apply in the Cidco Housing Scheme under the category {EWS}. Under the EWS category, people from weaker sections are placed.

Procedure to Registration under CIDCO Lottery 2021
- First, you need to visit the official website of City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra.
- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option of “Register for Lottery” in the menu.
- The application registration form will open in front of you, here you have to enter your details such as “User Name“, “Password” and “Confirm Password“.
- Enter the first name, surname, father’s name, date of birth and mobile number and click on the “Submit” button provided.
- A system message will appear, ticking the checkbox and filling in the CAPTCHA code and clicking on the “Confirm” option.

- Upload the scanned copy of Aadhaar card in JPEG form between 5 Kb to 300 Kb and click on “Save” option.
- Upload your recently scanned colour photo in JPEG form between 5 Kb to 50 Kb.
- Applicant’s name, father / husband name, date of birth, occupation, marital status, gender address, PIN code, mobile number, email ID, residence telephone number, office telephone number, bank account number, bank and branch name and IFSC code, also enter MICR number.
- In the last step, enter the CAPTCHA code given in the picture on the screen and click on the “Confirm” option.
