The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode is known as the fastest-growing management institute in the nation and was ranked as the fourth-best management school by Businessworld in the year 2017. Presently, it provides different academic and executive programmes in the field of management. The two-year-long Executive Management Education Programme offered by this institute is considered to be one of the most rigorous programmes in the nation. IIMK is the fifth establishment by the Indian Institute of Management Group after the state government collaborated with the central government. Admission Process
Different courses offered by IIMK have their specific admission criteria. Candidates who are interested in enrolling themselves in this institute have to clear CAT examination. To do so, candidates must have a UG degree with 50% aggregate or an equivalent CGPA.
Furthermore, applicants who are expecting their final result or are enrolled in the last year of their bachelor’s can also apply. CAT examination is conducted in November in two different sessions across 156 test centres in the country. IIMK also reviews the past academic record, essay writing capabilities and conducts an interview session before admitting the student.
