Admission Process
The admission process for all the courses is based on the UoH entrance exam followed by an interview. There are few course that accepts national-level entrance examination such as CAT/ JEE MAIN scores. Below steps need to be followed for the admission in University of Hyderabad:
- University of Hyderabad conducts its own entrance examinations (UoH entrance exam) for all courses during the months of May and June every year
- Admission to all PG courses offered at University of Hyderabad is done on the basis of performance in the entrance test. This entrance test varies with the choice of programmes
- Admission process is through filling an online application form. Candidates applying for multiple courses, need to fill a separate application form for each course
- Follow the instructions mentioned on the next page and complete the registration

Scholarships
The University provides various scholarship programme. Few of them are as below:
- Financial assistance will be offered to a maximum of 600 students admitted to master’s and Integrated master’s programme in an academic year at Rs 750 PM for a period of 10 months in an academic year
- The students admitted to MSc-Biotechnology are eligible for scholarship funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India
- University accepts various government scholarships such as OI National Merit Scholarship, GOI Post and metric scholarships for SC/ ST students
